I love to grill year around. Today it's mesquite smoked grilled pork chops, fettuccine, with buttered home made sourdough bread and a side of mixed greens.

I'm lucky enough to get to do all of the grilling and bread baking. Those are two things I really enjoy doing and since the wife still works part time, she appreciates it as well. Win Win!!!

My 11 year old son came to me last week and asked "When are you going to teach me how to grill". I jumped at that chance, what 11 year old now-a-days wants to learn how to grill?

So the first thing he wanted to do was hamburgers. He made his own lunch and made the rest of us dinner that night. He did pretty well.

Then he wanted to learn to grill steak. Yes..... So that night he made the entire dinner on the grill. It turned out very well. I was proud of him.

Sorry the picture isn't very presentable but that was his plate he took a picture of, he was also very proud of himself.
