Up quick and down slow .Pa will be getting a tax increase next month to make us no.1 gas tax in the nation.

I think a lot of us in PA will be filling up on the 31st.
And to think some of our legislators said that the tax increase will not "necessarily" result in a price increase at the pump.
Duh!

This thread makes me sad...hate to read it....gas just broke 2.20 and that is at the places like Sheetz.... If it can be sold for 1.65 with state and fed tax in other states then when PA sells it for 2.20 they are collecting 55 cents extra per gallon.....sickening..... We are so tax poor in this state it's pathetic...that is why there are so many Walmarts....got a poor area.....put a super Walmart there.
