Yes it does, it's a hydro unit at the bottom of the steering shaft. I'll get pics of it after it's washed up and a few more parts off of it.

A lot of scraping, almost 2 gallons of Purple Power, 2 tanks of gas and over 4 hours later... It may be clean, now we can do something. :)

The rain suit worked great except I'm trying to get where I can feel my toes. The 30mph winds didn't help much, if it weren't for that it wouldn't have been too bad. The wind is drying the tractor pretty fast though.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.

It swivels at the pivot point behind the tractor, the rear wheels also steer. The steering box runs 2 cylinders that swivel in the single joint in the pic below.

I think it is almost apart minus wheels + hubs. I hope you guys remember where all these parts go in case I forget. :)

There's a pic of the new dash, hood and fender in here Scott. The hood and fender have original paint on them, you can see the wax is still around the decals and where the light bezel was, someone took good care of that one. There is very little surface rust and the blaster will take care of that, most of it is going to be under the seat on the back of the fender. Tractor is gonna be way to nice to have holes or things where they don't belong.

There's a pic of the steering setup in here also Bob.
