Can't wait! Please take lots of pictures. One question if you don't mind, I love krylon rattle can paint, it goes on well and I've been able to get a smooth finish with it most of the time, however, I've found that a drop of gasoline in the wrong place will take the paint right off. Is there something I'm missing? I have only used what I get at wal mart, is there another kind, or am I doing something wrong?

JUST BECAUSE SOMEBODY WROTE IT, DON'T MAKE IT RIGHT.

Sorry so late, I had no idea time had gone so fast... I'm not sure Tommy I paint them and let it cure 48 hours before getting anything near it. I just painted a 73 a few says ago then of course the float stuck in the carb. Took the bowl off yesterday and got gas everywhere but the paint wasn't hurt. Cure time here is also at 75 degrees this time of year with the AC on and lower humidity. Conditions do make a big difference. :)

I can't believe it's been so long that I ran off to do something else real quick and here it is over 2 months later. :doh

Found the correct belt guard for it and painted it this morning. The one that came on it was cut up and I grabbed one of the shelf, finished it, then noticed when I went to put it on it was for a Kohler, not a Tecky. All that's left now is the hood which is already blasted, and deck. :)

Gonna get this hood done today and get this thing finished. I've been moving it around the shop for too long. It's been almost 2 months since the belt guard was done and 5 since this project was started... :rolling

Put the hood on and some decals this morning. I think all that's left is the white on the hood, the tank grommet, and some outside pics. :woo
