Does anyone else put grease on the end of the slinger and make sure it doesn't hit the oil pan before assy?

Covers are on and almost there. Never did a black engine with a red generator and bracket, I think I like it. :thumb1 Never did a chrome coil bracket either lol. :laughing

I just listened to this... The recording sounds like it has a loud lifter tick or noise but it doesn't sound that way for real. I know it setting on the metal bench enhances things but I don't know if the camera enhanced it more or Youtube did it. I hate all this tech that trys to make things "better" or "fix" things lol. I'll get another recording of it when it's on the tractor and on the ground.

Wow, the things I can get done when it's quiet and the phone falls off the hook for a bit. :rolling3

Started out the morning changing the oil, getting the motor mounted and starting on the wiring harness and battery cables. Also had to make a special thin head bolt for the clutch idler pulley, grade 9 should do it lol. :thumb1

The wiring harness is pretty much done and a lot of little odds and ends are finished up. The hood was put on and tank adjusted and tightened up, return spring for the brake, stirrups, generator belt cover and the seat is on. I even did a little pipe work to make the oil easy to change, just for you Bruce. :tounge2 :smile2

It came together really quick and everything is working great. I have never put sooooo many new parts on a tractor. Tomorrow morning we're gonna play exhaust a little. :woo
