If things don't slow down around here I'm gonna have to lock the door and take the phone off the hook to get this thing done... :whew

She has moved to a bigger bench and getting everything ready for the ignition switch, relay, and wiring changeover. Did a little work on the engine, a little assembly, mostly a little of everything here and there and getting all the new parts out. Will have more pics on that tomorrow. :thumb

My Kohler guy couldn't get away this week, his wife isn't feeling good so I got the hardest part of the engine done today. Everything has been triple checked and is running in spec. All that was needed was a light honing on the cylinder wall, it's going back with a standard piston. Everything else is at the low side of spec and I set up all of the clearances at the low side as well. It will be super sweet when done and will start going really fast now. :thumb1

The flat tube wing on the new table is working out awesome for building motors on. :yes

Every time I get ready to get rolling something else pops up. :doh My 4 NOS standard 7HP pistons have service piston ring sets in them so I had to find and order some original production ring sets. I have 3 sets on the way and need 1 more someday.

Did get the start relay setup ready to go in and made a plate and pattern for it. I've been doing enough of those this year that they will prob end up to be a store part in the future. :thumb1

If I could ever find a camera that didn't adjust the lighting and could take a decent pic of red I don't know what I would do with myself.... :jump1

Did a little wiring, a little assy, and was ready to put the rear hitch stuff on when I realized I hadn't ever made the shorter pins for the slot hitch. :doh Oh well. I have a few done and will finish up the rest in the morning. It takes to longer to set up over and over than it does to make several so it made sense to make a dozen. :thumb1
