I see auto and I see hydro and I wonder what is the difference?
also the pros and cons between the two if there is any?

Same things, the older ones called them automatics, the newer hydros. They both have hydrostatic transmissions.

Oh, I got it all wrong then. I thought auto trans in cars were like the rj's varidrive.
