Oh I think I got you now. You mean weld little things on each side of the side pieces, bring those back, and then bolt it on the side of the frame with 4 bolts?

Maybe Im not reading this right but I could have swore my Charger has the typical tach-a-matic on the front of it??

I will have to look at it again. I bought this past winter and haven't had the chance to really give it the once over. That's interesting..

I found it. I got this from my dealer friend in NJ, it is a factory WH part. They made them to put on older tractors so they could sell those people with older style tractors newer style decks , snow blowers, chippers, wood splitters, etc. When it's bolted on there is about a 1/2"+ gap at the top to clear the original hood mount bracket, and the 3 bolts used on the newer tractors to bolt it on don't get used. :)
