Very nice and is that a u clamp?
Also I like the way that fuel line is run.... :goodjob

Nappypappy, I used a piece of aluminum angle and a u-bolt for the lower clamp that is attached to the bracket.

The 416-8 stack....what is that part number for or where?
Toro number?

Pappy that is the Ford New Holland part number for the muffler. It has a 1.5" ID inlet and 1.5" OD outlet, it's 17" long. Just do a search for FD1110 and you'll find lots of sources for 'em. This one came from ebay. A 1 1/2" OD sweeping 90 bolts it to the manifold.

My biggest problem is attaching to a 1 1/4 in pipe.....that is the OD of the pipe used on the engines.....

I have bought the AC1 mufflers from TSC for about 20 bucks (NAPA sells them also under their own part #) with a 1 3/8 inlet and a 1 1/2 outlet..... Where I attached the muffler to the pipe is always my sore spot....looks like heck.....

Here it is on the Rural King site with dimensions....
