The 3 sets of holes I'm talking about that are adjustments are in the rear pan for the tractor. The part that bolts to the hinge to flip it up.

The seat only has one set of holes that fit....On the diagram I posted they are 4 1/2 back from the front and 11 1/2 back from the front....so look at the spring hole and measure 4 1/2 inches towards the steering wheel.....that will be the front of the seat. The seat you have may be the same. Just drill new holes in the spring......
I'll look at the Charger I have....see where I have it bolted.....I have springs on it also.....
Just remembered...it has the 2 piece seat......

The last seat I bought was one of these for my 416-8 from ASC
LINK
With this bolt pattern
Just over $50 shipped. Read the reviews.
On edit, my son bought one of these for his (my old) JD210 and likes it as well.

MBailey and GT14, the mid back seat arrived from Agricultural Supply and was installed yesterday. Shipping was nearly as much as the seat itself at $22, but for the money, this was a great buy. I thought I had a photo of it installed, but I must have taken the pan and hood off the tractor before snapping a photo. Thanks again for everyone's input on this subject...I searched high and low for a seat that would work, and this surely fits the bill!

Glad you like the seat Miles! Shipping charges are a higher than last year, I read an article a while back that UPS and FedEx were going to start charging by package volume instead of weight.
