My generous neighbor was created by motor12
My neighbor was cleaning out one of his sheds and asked if there was anything I needed. I said an anvil would be nice, he yelled back will a 110 lb anvil work. If you can drag it home it's yours. Also got a nice drill press vice and a couple other small items. That's all I could handle. He wouldn't take anything, said just glad someone can get some use out of them. I thanked him again, and headed home with my bounty.

Sounds like a blacksmiths anvil, did it come with a tree stump to sit in on.

A stump is just what I need or at least a couple 6x6s to mount it on. Its nice to have something solid to hammer on.
