Thanks Kurt. :thanks

I forgot to mention I had to cut the rear front axle bracket a little lower to get the clearance for the 6" wheel setup but it was well worth it. Got the last piece made for the steering arm this morning, now I'm just seeing if anything can be done to make it better or get a little more clearance. It is steering smooth and going stop to stop like it should. :smile2

Well, another snag... The iron worker at the welding shop won't hold a 1" rod for bending. I did however get everything gathered up and made a poor mans iron worker, at least the bending part to use on my press. One side does rods and the other does up to 6" plate. It will be good for the heavy stuff I can't do on the brake. Gonna try to get it finished up today. :thumb

It works like a charm. I can even use the old 3/4 bar for a pattern. :woo Now I can move the actual iron worker a little further down the list and get a lot more done now that it can be done here. :clap

Piddling with this project again and trying to get the design finalized so I can make jigs and go into production. Too many irons in the fire lol. :jump1

Was up late last night making some of the the jig for the tricycle kit. The 2 most important and biggest pieces are on the plate, just a few smaller pieces to do. :thumb1

Did a little cutting and finishing today. All the pieces are cut and smoothed up for 8 or 9 kits minus the 1" rods. The main bracket pieces that mount to the frame have all of their holes punched Just a few more patterns to make for holes, slots, and an angle cut on one then they will be ready to build. :thumb1
