H=70 timing was created by jm46322
trying to time a H70 magneto was removed, Has NO index mark on block, i just started by going .020 on the points at at top dead seems to be late (retarded), when i pull start it
wants to go with strong / quick pull but wont catch... no back fires yet... has plenty of spark at soft or hard pull... able to see nice bright spark,
what next...
