You should be able to close it completely, I wonder if the cable has enough throw to do it before it hits the sheath. A pic would be nice.

It should close tight. I don't spend a lot of time near the puter and typing just don't get it done very fast. I could set it or find the problem in less than 30 seconds if it were here lol. This is why most people call me instead of asking for help on the forum I guess.
