Been cleaning up some of the outside mess and the Commando 8 \ trailer had to get taken apart. It had no motor, hood or front end anyway and just couldn't see saving that one. I know of some people that can use the drive also to save theirs.

Ok so I was looking at the picture again and it appears that there is an air filter sitting on the top of the trans. At first glance I thought it was a pulley for a V-shaft engine. I was way wrong!
The Commando 8 had a H-shaft engine I believe. However I do believe it also came with a V-shaft at some point.
