Hey guys. I have 4 tractors from the 8 round hoods we picked up last week that I'm trying to ID. One tower has no numbers but it has a key and push button start switch above it like the 1st pic. Seems like there are 2 of each.

Serial on the 1st one is 62-2880
Serial on the 2nd one is 57861
Serial on the 3rd one is 54794

Any ideas? :thanks

My 704 only has a serial number as well.

Not sure how I found out it was a 704. I think someone had a a tractor with a serial number only 20 numbers a way.

#62-2880 could be a 1963 model something. My 953 is #62-604 :horse .

My guess is you have a couple 61's and a 63...if they are electric starts then 551 and a 653

I've been on the phone with Terry this morning and the ones that start with 62- are 1962. He's gonna take a look at the other numbers and see what he thinks. The decal man would know a lot of this stuff... :thumb
