2 stage blower??? looks like a 70's tractor...from the hood so it is most likely a 16hp I suppose to run the blower....just guessing from the one pic.

Good guess Bob. It's a C160 hydro with a 2 stage, 400 and some odd hours. I'll get some pics of it this afternoon when I get it unloaded.
Welcome to the Stables!

When we got to the Arch and still had over 200 miles to go, I thought I may be crazy...

It was close Geno - that trip was 300 miles. I picked up the belly mower for my Ford 8N north of Batavia, NY (between Rochester and Buffalo). That's a 400 mile round trip for me.
I sounds like you got a really nice tractor Geno. And a two stage to boot. Well done.

My farthest is Jersey, about 1600 miles in a trip. I think I'm going to CT to Jason's maybe this year, that will be the new record.

just one ? no lost wayward horses along the roadside to recover?
the trips do not seem as long with the price of gas a little bit lower..
takes faith in seller or a set of remote eyes to check out what your getting.
made a 5 hour trip like that for a boat that a blind man was selling need i say more?

Not just one on that load. 1st load, I stopped in MD to pick up a cab and blower, then to meet Jerseyhawg Glenn to pick up another blower, and then my dealer in Jersey to fill the entire back of the truck and rest of the trailer. We had the 2nd and 3rd row seats out and filled the truck to the roof all the way to the front seats as you can see. Most of the inside of the truck was filled with NOS parts.
2nd load, I went to see Trouty Bob who had picked up a 50" sickle bar and a snowmobile for me, had lunch with Bob and KM3H Nick who came up from MD for lunch, then on to Jersey to fill the truck again, got the reel mower on that load, over 2K pounds alone so couldn't do a lot more, then a stop at Desko's place in PA on the way home to pick up a 30HP diesel engine.
I think those 2 trips, and a lot more are posted on RS.
