I have some part samples on the way to be able to stock individual parts, and build a 9 pin wiring harness for the Onan engines. Will keep everyone updated.

That 9 pin connector is one of the weaknesses of the 520H. A replacement harness will be a great addition to the store.

One wire at a time would make it easy and the right crimpers also help, mine do the wire and casing at the same time (2 different size crimps in the same jaw) and are designed for the factory fold type crimp but other methods work also. I put some pics of the fuse block terminals and crimps below, these are the same crimp design only with bullets on the ends. If the wires have been cut up a schematic would be in order for future troubleshooting, but putting them wherever, also 1 at a time would work for the sole disconnect purpose lol.
