On the RJ58, the short control rod that actuates the brake , is it straight as original or have a slight bend as mine does.

From the pic it looks like it needs it to clear the brake band. I can take a look at mine tomorrow and see.

Thanks, kinda thought it might be. Can't imagine the factory spending time to put a bend in every control rod.
