Time to get back to work.
1st restoration of WHS 2.0 is Steve's 312-8 and deck. It's getting a lot of work, tires replaced, being upgraded to 8" wheels on the front, and other things you will all see as it's done. I got some before pics of it last night and it's getting tore down this morning and pressure washed this afternoon.

All cleaned up, mostly apart and back in the shop. Will finish the teardown in the morning.

Release the bolts lol. Whoever started the release the Kraken thing was brilliant.
This morning the rear pulleys and hubs were pulled and shafts cleaned up. I'm still waiting for the day when they aren't so stuck to come off without getting my big puller out for a change...

This afternoon was getting it the rest of the way apart. The engine had a bad oil pan gasket leak right behind the PTO, once it was off you can see a split in the gasket there with plenty of oil around it. Inside of the engine looks great.

Last job for the week. Oil pan and block are cleaned up and ready to go back together. Now if I can just do something with all those other parts.

Busy day on the phone like most Mondays but did get some more cleanup done and some parts blasted. The frame portion is wrapped up and ready for paint, and everything on the paint rack is ready. The rear fender needs a little work but it's easier to see and straighten after it's blasted, you can see on the left rear where it's run into something. Going good for a Monday lol.

Most of the red is ready to paint except the hood and deck. Gonna mix up some paint and start painting right after lunch.

Man this is going slow, all I had is that little 1" paintbrush. I knew I forgot something when I was out the other day, a bigger paintbrush...

Well, if someone starts saying I paint tractors with a paintbrush I'll know where it came from lol.
Everything is looking good so far.
