The hood is painted as well. It got more filler primer than anything on the planet should have. It looks good now but I wouldn't be surprised if it shows a few things after it dries overnight, but even if it does it will look good considering all the damage it had... :thumb1

Most of the day tomorrow will be getting a new rear wheel setup on it. It's getting 1" standard Wheel Horse hubs, and the wheels for the 2 vertical shaft upgraded transmissions that had studs or used lugs. It will be a one of a kind fix that's for sure, but it will be easy to work on from now on. I've been brainstorming with Kurt and have some ideas but it's gonna take some new parts, time, lathe work, and mill work... :hemademe :hemademe1 :hemademe2 :rolling3

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.
I can't see the forest for the trees.

It is a lot of extra work but it will save Craig from getting in an ugly situation later down the road. From now on it will be just remove the lugs like the rest of them. :thumb1

Got a start on it this morning early. Step 1, make the standard 1" hub fit the 10" wheel. They came out really nice and look original.

Step 2. Slot the bushings for a 1/4" key to match the hub.

Now I''m off to make some custom keys...
