Got the fender painted after a fun accident. All is well lol. Only parts left to paint is front axle, both tie rods, and the right spindle that I need. Cough cough Geno. Any who, just needs parts to start showing up to put it together. Should be able to get all the steering stuff on and battery box after that.

Got a lot more work done today. Finally got some much needed parts in before I could mount the engine. Got steering all hooked up and is much tighter than before. First pic was test fit of the seat. Looks really good but didn’t want to keep it on in case paint dust got crazy lol. Second pic is of the engine mounted and how the tractor is in its current state. Got the rear wheels sand blasted and when I was taping up the tires noticed there was a lot more cracking than I first thought. Decided to get new tires. Will be getting ags in the back and tri ribs up front. Got half of a rim painted today but didn’t get any pics.

Got more done today. One rear rim is finished and the other is half done. Been trying to clean up the front rims before sandblasting. Will try to get both of those at least half done. New tires are ordered, decided to get Carlisle true powers on back and deestone tri ribs up front. Excited to see those on the rims. The tears will be in later this week but the fronts not till next week.
The engine is mainly together now minus the carb, fuel pump, wiring, and points cover (need screws). Will be getting the rear rims/tires on next weekend and be able to set the tractor back down on its tires again in over a month. I still need to paint the front axle, and see if I can bend the rh spindle straight again. Then paint that. Also need to paint the starter generator and get that put on.
Got the hood latch assembled with new hardware. Works good now. Really getting together now.

Got the rear rims completely painted. Didn’t have access to the blaster so had to wire wheel the front rims. Got both done. One is half painted (needs a recoat after it dries because of all the fisheyes) and the other is on its second coat on the inside. Will flip them over tomorrow after work and paint the other side then. Completely done with sandblasting/wire wheeling except for the starter generator. Rear wheels came out really good. Fronts are looking good so far. Really can’t wait to see the new tires on the rims. Will probably be doing some more painting tomorrow with red. Have to paint the front axle and put it on this week. Get ready for the wheels to finally be on the tractor.
