Doing some moving today

Moving one of the test sites to the main site today.  The main site will be going down for a little bit in an hour or so.

I made a new subdomain this morning where peeps can copy previous info or posts and make it easier to repost things on the new place if they want.  Most posts from the last 2 or so months will not show on the new system.  The clone of this main site (minus this post and anything here after) is at https://old.wheelhorsestables.com/     

Once the move is done I'll put a post on the new forum with more info.  
I'm sure it will be a little messy for a bit but it should all be back and mostly working by lunch, I hope lol.  



 

OK I've hit some snags, having some trouble with my hosting peeps.  I haven't started yet and it won't be done by lunch.  More info coming soon.  

I'm trying something different than my original plan, if it works all the posts here will remain.  We'll see...  

OK,,, the old site link above is not actually the old site from here right now anymore...  I know, I'm full of surprises and get these strange ideas...   

I've been in the process of doing all of the upgrades on the old site clone from here this afternoon.  I thought I would see if I could take all of my learning and notes and do it in 1 day or less.  If so I can just do all the upgrades here.  It will need a little more work when done but it would at least keep most everything here intact.  

I think this can be done so the plan is to give it a try.  This site is backed up, and I've made a new clone of it just in case it's needed for reference.  I'll let everyone know ahead of time when the chaos begins lol.
